Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Tevenor. They are a launch-policy draft and require legal review before production launch.
The service
Tevenor provides Account, Workspace, Work, Mail, and Client functionality according to the capabilities made available to a Workspace. Some features may be unavailable while the product is in development or early access.
Your responsibilities
Use Tevenor lawfully, protect Account credentials, ensure you have authority to administer the Workspace, domain, mailboxes, and people you add, and respect the privacy and access boundaries of other people using the service.
Mail and access boundaries
Workspace Admin authority does not provide access to private or team Mail content. Mailbox membership, Work authority, and Client access each remain separate product boundaries.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse. Data handling following termination will be defined in the production service terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material production changes will be communicated through the applicable product or contractual channel.
