Tevenor processes the information needed to provide your account, team workspace, work, mail, and client experiences. This policy explains the information we handle and why.
Information we process
We process account contact and security information, team membership, information you add to Tevenor, mail and attachments handled through the service, client-portal records, and service reliability and security logs.
How we use information
We use information to sign you in, provide the features you choose, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, troubleshoot reliability issues, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell mail content or use it for advertising.
Mailbox privacy
Personal mail is available to its owner. Shared mail is available to the people added to it. Setting up a workspace does not automatically expose private messages.
Retention and deletion
We retain service information while a workspace is active and where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes. We will publish product-level deletion and retention controls as they become available.
Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security; protect your Account credentials and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
