Privacy Policy

Tevenor processes information needed to provide a company operating system with Account, Workspace, Work, Mail, and Client surfaces. This policy is a launch-policy draft and requires legal review before production launch.
Information we process
We process Account contact and security information, Workspace membership and role information, mailbox membership, content and attachments handled through Mail, Work records, Client portal records, and operational security and delivery logs.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate people, provide the requested surface, maintain authorization boundaries, prevent abuse, troubleshoot service reliability, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell Mail content or use it for advertising.
Mailbox privacy
A private mailbox is available only to its linked user. A team mailbox is available only to its direct members. Workspace administration is not a content-access grant.
Retention and deletion
We retain service information while a Workspace is active and where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes. Deletion and retention controls will be documented before production launch.
Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security; protect your Account credentials and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
